• KALUA PORK: Whole pig roasted underground in an imu (Hawaiian earth oven) wrapped in banana and ti leaves, salt, liquid smoke.
• VEGETABLE CHOW MEIN: Chow mein noodles, bok choy, carrots, celery, onions, bell peppers, wonbok, garlic, shoyu, broccoli, cauliflower, sambal (chili paste), sesame oil.

The Kilohana Plantation Railway offers a 20-25 minute ride through the farm orchards and will stop to visit the farm animals. It's a nice way to start your fire show and you can add it after selecting your seating preference in the booking flow.
